Omoi Damascus Kiritsuke Santoku Knife 180mm

This is my third knife purchased through Japanese Food Craftsman. The Nanohi Omnio Damascus Kiritsuke is by far the best out of all the beautiful and functional knives I have purchased. The finishing and handling is quite magnificent. This knife is not only superbly functional and balance but a work of traditional art. I would recommend anyone wanting top quality cooking knives to buy one. It will not be the last I buy from them.
