One of my favorites
The combination of fruit and florals interplay so well with each other, almost melding into an accord. The mint remains its own, separate, second thing. The interplay between these two parts creates an interesting progression in the evolution of the fragrance as the mint begins to fade over the opening and disappears almost completely early to midway into the heart phase. I don’t read any part as smelling metallic or mechanical in the way that I usually think about those notes in a fragrance, although there is definitely a part of the mint/fruit-floral equilibrium that is reminiscent of an artistic avant-garde take on a rich and clean leathery note that is interesting and nice. The drydown is simply beautiful. The journey ends in a bed of fresh flowers and fruits that is soft, pleasant, sweet and easily accessible. A fun ride the whole way every time and one of my favorites to wear.
