Dream Lip Pencil- Decay

Love it! It goes on smooth and the color is perfect for what I was looking for. I ordered with two lip balms, but instead of the balms I got two more lip pencils. I reached out to customer service and I'm still waiting to hear back, but I can't wait to try this lip pencil with the balms once the issue gets sorted out! Edit: customer service was fast and the problem solved immediately. Thank you!
