Product is great, the pacaging was terrible, liteally looked like it was put togeter by a child. Tracking said it was sitting in braintree but delivered today???? Given what it was and how much i paid i was shocked that Evri put the package on the ground, knocked the door and walked away.

Mine seems almost completely non functional. Hopefully it’s just a defective unit, but I haven’t been able to get instructions on how to exchange it yet.

App doesnt always work so somedays it doesnt even open. Somedays when it does open ot will not break down my sleep (which is the main reason i ourchased it). Somedays it shows 3,000 less steps than my iWatch and others it will show 3,000 more. I dont understand why they arent more closely aligned. And it shows my blood pressure as high when i actually have low blood pressure. So not sure how accurate it is
