Fun Comfortable Transportation

My wife and I have very much enjoyed riding our pair of C1 Max bikes. I do wish there were speed integers below PAS 1 so I could get assistance at a slower speed. Riding through local trails, Neighborhood streets, and to the local Bodega couldn't be more enjoyable

Exellent, well built bike

The Ebike came in a very sturdy, well protected box. So sturdy it was hard to get out. Assembly was very easy. Only a couple of weeks but so far the bike is performing perfect. Solid and comfortable to ride.

Buyer Beware of customer service, website design and return policy. I know when I put the bike in my cart that I selected a pink bike for my wife. However, I received a black bike. When I called to get a return, I was told it was a 25% charge just for opening the box and I assume the cost of shipping. I guess my wife will be riding a black bike instead of the pink one I know I selected. Just beware and double check your order. The bikes are good but the customer service, web design and return policy are very poor. This is our second bike purchased. The first one came with a cracked and unusable display and now this. The quality of the bike is not woth the hassle of poor customer service. Will not recommend.
