I use the shower cap every time it's not a hair wash day, and it works great! I'm honestly not good about using the bonnet now that it's so hot out. Instead have the satin pillow case and secure my hair with a pillow scrunchie (also kitsch brand products). I don't know if that's the best routine...but it's what I've been doing.

This shower cap is the absolute best. The sill lining keep your hair from getting moist and/or wet while showering. My hair has successfully withstood limp curls. I can successfully shower without worrying about my hair. Kudos to Kitsch; job well done. I will definitely be purchasing more as gifts to my family & friends.

Satin cap does not stay on while asleep. And the shower cap is ridiculously hard to work and not have to keep adjusting in the shower.
