Mystery Hat

I hate to have to rate this as low as I am, but unfortunately, it is what it is. I love the idea of RSupply giving fans a reward system for their purchases (Lord knows I have an ever-growing collection of their hats), but the capstone reward in their sytem is called "Legendary Free Hat"; placed after their midway reward of a "Free Mystery Chain". What's messed up is after you redeem your free hat reward, you'll see subtext that then reads "Mystery Hat of $45 value". Beyond having to pay for shipping, the hat is still free, but its not until after you've used the option for the hat that you realize you can't choose a hat that is still on their website that you actually enjoy. What's worse is that when I received the hat (a Cubs/Celebi hat), after checking the current value of hat, they have it sitting at $25 in their hat bundle section! I'm missing $20 worth of value! That makes me feel as though the mystery hat option is just a way to get rid of some extra hats that sold poorly to fans
