I have been in the coffee business for nearly 20 years and Grape Soda from Botero Coffee is in the top three best coffees I have ever had. I love fruit bombs, so an natural processed or even better, anerobic natural processed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, medium roast is my normal jam. The name says it all, Grape Soda! I did a pourover off 17.5 grams of coffee and 350 grams of water in and it was like drinking a grape hard candy. Later i made another cup and let it cool to room temp, yup, Grape Soda!
