It’s much nicer than I thought. It holds everything perfectly and it is so smooth rolling it in the airport. Absolutely LOVE IT

I am going out n my first trip using my new luggage. Can’t wait to see how it goes!! Love the carry on and check bag. Overnight bag is a little bigger than I was expecting but I think I will like it I have never used the cubes and look forward to seeing how helpful they are.

Not the quality as advertised. Customer service is terrible and still waiting on a response from an email. Will definitely not advise anyone to purchase this product. When ordered was advised I could return product if I was not satisfied, but never advised I would have to pay to do so. This is the worst customer service experience.
