Enjoyed the explanations and recipes
I already knew alot about fermentation. The book's explanations are easy to understand. The wide variety of recipes are very helpful.

This book is very helpful . I have all ready fermented some sauerkraut and cant wait to try one of the bread recipes. good resource book.
