The coating doesn’t perform that well, i find its supposedly non-stick performance really lacking. While the pans are not too flimsy, the accessories really aren’t worth it.

I’m really happy with the pans. Now I use them for cooking all kinds of meat and vegetables. Also to “fry” risotto and pasta.
