Evening Primrose Seeds - Dwarf

This was my 1st time purchasing flower seeds from True Leaf. I have been cultivating plants from cuttings, seeds, etc, for years, and followed the instructions on the package for planting seeds. However, much less than 5% of all the seeds sprouted. Seeds packages including a few different types of geraniums never sprouted a single plant and it was such a disappointing experience.
