Lower germ rate than most other trays started usign the same method

Germination rate wasn't awesome when 400+ other things we are starting from seed are looking great in the same conditions/mix/lights/setup. Otherwise seedlings looking good and already starting to get a few buds after potting up.

I planted them according to instructions and kept them moist but they never came up!
