Insert Removal Tool for Heat Set Inserts

Great tool, sturdy. why is it smoking?

Great tool with possible defect or unintended effect of first use producing a noticeable smoke that burns in the cnc logo further. This maybe a user error neglecting to remive a protective film but as I checked no charred remains are visible. Otherwise it integrates well with CNC kitchen's insert tools and not only works well with the provided screws but with time can function with crossthreaded screws on inserts- at a higher temperature and more time. The tool may need some more use to fairly judge longevity but so far I recovered a few inserts already. So good enough for me.

Product is great quality. Package was damaged during postage and some items were missing, customer support resolved the issue quickly sending out replacements.
