LTT Ratcheting Screwdriver

Screwdriver is Great - Service and Support are Infuriating

The tool is great. I echo everyone else on that. But if you have a question about it? FORGET IT! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. All of the service links from the store go to a knowledge base that provides aggravatingly AI-phrased advice and answers in response to search terms. If you can trick the search AI into suggesting you reach customer service (which takes some juggling of terms), it will provide you a link to customer service...that loops back to the same useless knowledge base. So, AI help and "customer-supplied answers" is what you get. You can't get help with a problem related to your order. In my case, the screwdriver came without a box. I wanted to give it as a gift. I wanted to see if it was possible to get the box (and its informational insert). But THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

AZ SI-approved!

We build PCs all day long, and these things take a beating and show very little signs of slowing down, other than scuffs and of course the bit coatings wearing off. The magnet is strong, the bit storage is snappy and the ratcheting is chef's kiss. They're pricey, but we use these all day and we're happy to pay the premium. We started with one as a trial, and now we have... seven? And we'll be happy to buy more in the future!

High quality, no cpmplaints.

While the price is a bit high, you can rest assured that no corners were cut. I got this screwdriver with the offered grip tape, and it is rugged, has bits that last for my use cases (so far, no damage), and an incredibly satisfying ratchet mechanism. For anyone who wants a high-quality ratcheting screwdriver that will last, and they are willing to spend a little bit more to ensure the highest possible quality, this is an excellent choice.
