Not happy. I’m waiting for a customer service call back

Waiting for a customer service call. I always wear size 2 in Tribal bottoms… these are at least a size too big. Don’t want to pay for shipping again. . as sizing is not consistent. But I clearly need a size 0 in these. All my other Tribal jeans are size 2 and fit perfectly
