This knife is recommended by King Brown Camp Oven Cooking on YouTube and I see why, its insanely sharp and beautifully crafted. I can see me collecting more types of the same Cherry wood and brass knives, a real show stopper knife. The sharping steel leaves my Wusthoff in the dust, wide and long, far superior to a bar shaped steel. The slotted spoon is beautiful too, max finish. Postage was crazy fast, like 2 days.
