Love these capsules

I tried all sorts of collagen powders, hated them all, both the taste and the faff making the drinks or smoothies or whatever. I knew I needed collagen in my weight loss journey. And then discovered these capsules, just two a day, swallow easy, and done. I do believe they help my skin and maybe my joints too. I would not be without them and now have them delivered on a regular subscription. If you know you need collagen, then these might be just right for you too.

Nails, which have always been awful, splitting, peeling, breaking, so much improved, and hair much thicker. I definitely recommend these.
