Really happy with this product

I decided to take Ingenious capsules vs. a powder type supplement as the science of how the capsule is more effective in terms digestion made sense to me. I am very active and after taking the capsules for around 6 months now I feel my joints and flexibility is much better after exercise. Also my skin and hair seem improved, so I will be carrying on using ingenious and would recommend to others.

Switching to Active + made a difference

I’ve been taking Ingenious Collagen for several years now and have seen big improvements in my skin, hair and nails. I’m 56 and have been active and adventurous all my life but recently had noticed my recovery post exercise was taking longer.
