"Your Command" Golden Shellback

I had 23+ years in and being the leading Quartermaster on the USS Camden and senior QM over the two other ships leaving Darwin, Australia to Pearl Harbor, Hi, I wanted to make sure that over 1,200 officers and crew got this rare opportunity noted and signed into there personal records. It was well worth the wait and the number of other Navy ships and merchant vessels all waiting for there turn to become "Golden Shellbacks" was impressive to say the least.
