Ghee Masala Mix

Chef Akila is a master of sauces, her meals taste exceptional. However, I was disappointed with the beef in the Nadan Beef Curry, there wasn’t enough beef and the little there was had unpleasant bits of fat in it.

Hi haven’t used mine yet, but friend made a curry with it and it is amazing. I will be making one this week. Thanks Michelle

Flavour was lovely , I just struggled to get the oil separation at the top , I think i just need to play around with proportions and probably add more ghee/ oil at the beginning to have enough fat for that to happen.
