I purchased this pair of heels two weeks ago, but they arrived with scratches all over them. I returned them and reordered the same pair, only to receive another damaged pair today again covered in scratches. I’ve always bought my heels from Aldo and have never had an issue before, so I’m very disappointed with the quality this time. The most frustrating part is that I can’t even return them because I need them for an event next week.
