I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. The shoes I received were clearly a display pair the back of the sole was already blackened, and the sling was stretched out. I did not expect this level of quality from ALDO, especially when ordering online. It’s unacceptable to send out worn merchandise as new. Thankfully, I was able to return the item at your Arlington, TX location, but the experience has left a very poor impression. Moving forward, I will not be purchasing online from your brand, nor recommending it to others. I truly expected better from a company that presents itself as a classy and reputable retailer.
