AeroFreeze Tower — Windowless Portable AC

DO NOT buy products from tbis website. Their customer service is terrible. Ive spent over a month now trying to get a return label to send my peoduct back. Everyone keeps saying the same thing about “escalating” my return label and it’s all lies. No one has “escalated” anything, they refuse to give me my return label even though i asked for a return within 30 days of purchasing as their policy says. I’ll never get my refund which is extremely unforunate. If you go to the better business burea they only have 1 star from multiple people who have purchased. Do not buy from them.

This Breeze AC broke July 4th do not work. The remote control nor buttons directly on unit work. When it was working it never really ever cool the medium-sized room with curtains and blinds closed. Ran the unit for 3days straight still hot in the room. Now it's too late to return this non functioning unit.

Need to return and the vendor just can’t send the return label. It is just an expansive fan for the most part. The website didn’t explain clearly the “cooling” mechanism, which is to condense the moisture in the air if you add ice into the water. In a humid environment , it id not effective
