Fabric Paint -- Mustard Yellow

This old chair echoes memories of the past, with my son being nursed in yesteryears, through to the cats claiming as their own. Previously a light blue, we fancied a change in colour, opting for this bright yellow. I purchased a litre and applied one coat of paint liberally, before letting the paint dry over night. After a brush to soften the fabric, and a light spray of water, I applied a second coat. I am happy with the result and the chair has a new lease of life.

This has transformed an old tired chair that was grubby, unloved and very faded into a new piece of furniture. I used two coats to spread the colour evenly and delighted with the outcome!!

Using Fabricoat was so easy, if transforms the furniture. Unfortunately I had painted 12 cushions before I read it is unsuitable for outdoor furniture ( which is what I needed it for), not sure why but we will see. The chairs looked brilliant when we had out barbecue so it was worth it.
