0/10 pain for the first hour! Applied for a neck tattoo and for the first hour (after applying and leaving for an hour wrapped) it just felt like a gentle tapping with a ball point pen. Amazing! Did wear off fairly quick after about an hour though and then could feel it but definitely lighter on the pain. Would be 5* if lasted longer but for a quick tattoo on a painful area its amazing
