Numbing Cream with Menthol

Formula Change.

This was my second time purchasing, as my first order, I bulk purchased and didn’t run out for some time. It does not state anywhere that they changed the formula, the pictures still look as if it’s more of a lotion texture and this was like goop. And this didn’t work for me. I put it on as instructed, as I’ve done before, and I felt every single punch of the needle. I don’t use this for pain, I use it more so for my anxiety. And I was really disappointed to see that it had changed so much. The amount of product changed as well as the ingredients and I think you need to make it more known. Granted, partially my fault for not reading, but I assumed because the product pictures being used are the previous formula that it wasn’t a problem. But it was. I’ll be buying elsewhere from now on.

I cant tattoo without it! My clients love it! The numbing cream works great and lasts a really long time! As a tattoo artist, I am a huge supporter of this product!
