Check-In Trunk 30"

After the order, the luggage was here within a week. Box was undamaged, and so far everything is fine. Have not actually used the luggage so far, so it hard to say if it's great or not. The wife has this brand of luggage and loves it. Guess we will find out.

The piece of luggage is fine. The order and delivery process were frustrating. I ordered the luggage and was told it would be delivered in about 10 business days. It never showed up. After sending an inquiry I finally got an answer 10 days later informing me that the piece of luggage I ordered was unavailable. The email offered a few alternatives but stated they would be a price adjustment. I emailed back and asked for the choices available and their respective prices. Then 5 days later, I got an email that my original order was enroute to be delivered. Very poor communication

Hi there, I have done several “commercials for the carry-on at different airport gates. The drink holder, the hook for a little bag, the stand for my phone so I can watch a show while I wait have been amazing. Not to mention the special side door for my laptop which is SO easy going through TSA. I LOVE it and got the trunk after a zipper failed on another suitcase. Lou Edje, MD, MHPE
