Great product - easy to apply to your nose. Strips stay on all day if you want to keep wearing. Nostrils open up and can breathe much easier - great for walking, lifting, sleeping and even sauna. Awesome product!

Use them for Motocross. They help a ton with opening the nasal passage to limit mouth breathing and arm pump

It help a lot while training and sleeping. The glue is very well engineered as it sticks very well but it doesn't leave any residue on the skin! Will buy more!
