Soft and attractive, smaller than Jones pant

This pant is soft and drapes nicely. I thought it would fit like the Jones pant, which is roomy and fits me well, but it is cut quite a bit smaller, especially in the rise, so I won’t be able to wear it. It is also shorter than the Jones pant (not a problem for me at 5", but be aware if you’re tall). Neither style has pockets.
