SweepSleep® - Restful Nights

When I ordered the website said 1-3 business days processing, then 7-10 days shipping. It took them 17 business days to finally print the shipping label (during which time I emailed twice for an ETA and they refused to provide one just saying sorry we’ll get to it but can’t say when), and another 3 business days to actually drop the package off at the shipping location. I ordered from this company because all the reviews at the time were great and the website said they were located in West Palm Beach, Florida, so I believed the 1-3 days processing time. The package shipped from China and came in through California. The product itself honestly doesn’t feel like anything special, and I’m glad I got it on sale for $37.99, as it definitely isn’t worth the advertised price of $75.99 plus shipping. Really bummed, I had considered getting more of them for other members of my family, but glad I just got the one first.

Took over a month to get the product. To add salt to the injury , it is extremely ordinary! While I was waiting, I ordered a knockoff product from Amazon. It cost a fraction of the price and it arrived next day. Whilst I thought the product was pretty good I was really looking forward to the sweep sleep product and thought it would do until the real product arrived. I can happily say that the Amazon product is an 8 out of 10 and this product is a 1 out of 10. I contacted the company a couple of times to enquire as to what happened to my delivery as I received updates and constant advertisements but no product . I never received any contact back . So the product is poor, delivery time is abysmal and customer service is not existent . I am so very very disappointed. I rarely ever post a negative review. I would rather just not buy the product again but in this case I will speak out.

I love it. It took a long time to get to me shipping wise but it is worth it. It doesn’t stay on my face all night due to its super super soft material but it has truely helped me fall asleep every night ive used it. Its the fiest thing i loom for in my bed at night now that I’ve been using it. It blocks out all the light and muffles the sound and soothes my mind. Little spendy but I truly love it!!
