Very hard to use but not as good as the skult one

The mask is flimsy and cheap feeling. In the photos, it looks like you get two cooling balls, but I only received one. I bought more from this company because I loved the brushes, but these items are disappointing.

First thing ordering something like this and i dont know what to expect but i did wore it once, onviously you arent going to see changes right away but the elasticity is good.
