We had a great experience with The Living Urn. Their website is easy to navigate and when we had an issue with them selling out of the Magnolia Jane shrub, they gave us options; including contacting a local nursery w/ whom they ordered a replacement from for us. The idea of my Mom living on from the ground up, with the shrub's growth, means so much to all of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone who cremated their loved one and I personally would like this done for myself when my time comes. :)
