I ordered the urn and willow for my dog’s cremains. The service was easy to use, with clear instructions and useful information. The living urn couldn’t be simpler to use (I was concerned it might be unduly complex). The urn arrived beautifully packaged (the casing and materials are quality). I had to change the tree’s delivery date; that took a couple of phone calls to the nursery, but the tree arrived in good condition. It’s hard to say how well it will grow as it’s deciduous and newly planted, but it seems healthy. Overall, I’m very happy with both the urn and the service. I would strong recommend this company.

I bought this tree and urn for my dog’s ashes. We planted it in my yard and it was very special🙏 I look forward to watching it grow... The product was easy to use bc my boyfriend knew how to plant a tree properly. I would suggest researching how to plant and care for the tree before purchasing.
