First, the product took a very long time to arrive and it was impossible to contact customer service to determine where it was. When it did arrive, the thermometer did not work and, again, all attempts to contact customer service failed. I have an old version of this cooler and that cooler (with no thermometer) is an excellent cooler. But the customer service is about the worst I’ve experienced.

The thermometer does not work. I was excited when the cooler arrived but unfortunately the thermometer is a dud. I replaced the battery but it still does not work. I sent emails and called their customer service for help but NO ONE has responded. It’s a good concept but the cooler and company are terrible. I would not buy if I had known this.
