Ivory Chiffon Chemise

Slightly disappointing

Colour is more yellow than on the product photos. The material isn't as matte, smooth, flowy and soft as is looks on the photos. It's more shiny, stiff and itchy than expected, which makes it kinda uncomfortable to wear under a dress or corset and doesn't fit the medieval vibe. Also the rubber bands differ in widht from left to right arm, so one sleeve stays up and the other always slides down. I hoped that washing would help to shrink them to same size, but that didn't work. I do have to say, the sewingpattern is exactly as is looks like on the photos and the sizing fits exactly.

Worth the wait!

I’ve been hoping that FM would come out with an ivory long sleeve chemise and was so thrilled that this dropped. The material feels a bit more delicate than the other chiffon chemises so I think I’ll just need to be extra careful with it to avoid snags. Other than that, the color is perfect and it has a really pretty sheen to it in person.
