Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Bought TOTO Drake Washlet+S7A from Premier Bidets. Great deal. However, the toilet bowl was damaged upon arrival, and the toilet tank is of wrong size. Called the customer service. John was friendly and helpful. Promptly resent the toilet bowl and tank. Received the replacement within a week. Installed and setup in less than half a day. It is fully automatic and keeps the bowl very clean. We love and enjoy the toilet set.
