⭐️ 1 Star Very disappointing customer service. I contacted Recovery Babe only one day after receiving my order because I wanted to return the items. The products are completely unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Instead of providing a return label, customer service told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. I understand that businesses have return policies, but I find it extremely disappointing that there was no willingness to help when I contacted them immediately after delivery and the products were never even opened. The return process should be much more customer-friendly, especially for an unopened order. Based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering from Recovery Babe again.
