Dangling Gold Lock

I disliked that some of the charms were missing and that you have to order the tool used to add or remove charms. Why would it not be included when it is so needed? It is like buying a necklace but having to buy the clasp separately. The charms are nice looking and I like that there are so many different ones to choose from.

I didn't expected that it will look awsome when i will wear it, but its amazing. I love it. I might order for my daughter as well.
