This is an absolute treat. Amazing as a pour over. Amazing as espresso. I even cold-brewed it in milk (instead of water) which is something I saw on YouTube. Holy heck it was so smooth and flavourful. I even took that brewed milk and steamed it to make a flat white, pouring it into a more traditionally flavoured espresso. Absolute fiiiire. 🔥
