Cancelled my order

This was overall very frustrating experience. A week after I placed the order I contacted them and they reassure me that my order was still processing. Three days later I sent them another email saying I was worried it was going to be canceled and asking if they could confirm it was just a processing delay. They again told me it was delayed but there would be no problem. The following day I received another email telling me my order was canceled due to no longer having it in stock. They would not offer a replacement when it came back in stock and simply offered a refund. I never received nor was able to use to product so this is a review of the customer experience not the helmet itself.

Inaccurate inventory

I ordered a helmet only to have the order cancelled because they didn’t actually have the item they advertised. Probably won’t order from this website again.

Great helmet

The helmet is replacing an older Smith one. This one seemed to have better, more comfortable padding inside the helmet. Looks good, feels good. I had some delays with shipping, but after I contacted customer service the response was quick and then the item was shipped quickly.
