Live Provence Lavender Plant (Lavandula × intermedia)

I ordered 3 sets of 18 plants each and they arrived crushed in the box - the plants were shipped in a large box that was not sized or shaped for the 3 trays inside that were on top of one another and sideways, with some of the plants completely crushed and broken. Soil was dry because there was no packaging protecting from drying out (the shipping box has holes for ventilation making this worse). I specifically paid for 3-day shipping but my order was shipped just before the weekend, turning that into 6 days... As a result of all this, some of the plants never took on and have already died ruining the garden pattern I got these for.
