Nordic Cloud Pillow

Although I find the pillows ok, I was disappointed with the way they arrived. The two pillows were stuffed into a plastic cover with no packing or guide of how to adjust for personal comfort. On inspection there is no washing instructions. As part of the deal I was supplied with two pillow cases, but one was sewn inside out and I had to break the zip to open it. The pillows are marketed as 'luxury' items and I think I expected a little bit more for the price I paid.
