I’m getting used to it

i have to admit, sleeping with a small wedge between my knees is little weird; but i am getting used to it and i do think that it does make me alter my sleeping position, as it is supposed to. I wish that the strap was velcro instead of the stretchy band, maybe my thighs are thin, but it doesn’t seem as secure as i thought it would be and moves around slightly.

Alignment pillow

Just stumbled across the add and thought after reading the positive comments I had not a lot to lose so purchased the alignment pillow. The pillow took several nights to get used to but after pain in my lower back and hips I persevered after a few days I had no pain even my sciatica pain was almost gone and I was able to move around without any pain at all, haven't been able to do that for years if I had not experienced it myself I would have found it hard to believe. I had an unfortunate mishap in that I rolled an ankle and to my surprize even that has not caused any pain in my hips or lower back. For me after a couple of weeks this is the best thing I have ever experienced no more painkillers that's the real plus.

I use it every night. It feels great.
