We are enjoying our Velvetiser hot chocolate maker! The appliance is a perfect size, doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter, and the cup of hot chocolate comes out perfect in a short amount of time!

Makes the best hot chocolate and is easy to clean!

I expected much more. I have a built in Miele coffee station and use Nespresso machines throughout my home as well. I was disappointed that your machine does NOT froth the milk. It merely stirred the chocolate into the milk… very ordinary.
