I love my new hot chocolate maker. Living in Texas, I need to take full advantage of the cooler weather (anything under 80 degrees F) Haha! I love that I can have the best hot cocoa perfectly made each morning. I don't have to stand over it and watch it the entire time to ensure it doesn't spill over while heating. I LOVE THIS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO LOVES HOT CHOCOLATE.

I am very happy with the way my hot chocolate turns out-- the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars instead of 4 is that while the machine makes delicious cocoa, it's not quite hot enough-- just very warm, not hot, so that sometimes I feel like I need to put it in the microwave, which I really don't want to be using any more.
