100% PNW Oyster Powder

This powder has very little odor when cooked. I was using frozen oysters from Korea in one recipe and I didn’t like the smell while cooking or cooked. My dogs are less fussy than me, though. ; ) I am more comfortable using this powder than using imported, frozen, oysters and it is easier to use.
