I like having the mouth tape. I wouldn't do CPAP without it. You did change the adhesive, so I have been adding moisturizer to my upper lip to avoid irritation. That works.

This mouth tape is great. It is large enough (some are skimpy) it sticks well (some do not) and it comes off easily. I will stick with this one!
