I typically buy starter plants for full grown kale, but what I use the kale seeds for are for micro greens as well as baby greens. Growing baby kale is one of my favorite things to do and it is so easy. These seeds always grow so beautifully I mean they’re absolutely stunning and unlike what you can find in the store. They are delicious in salads, I even make entire salads out of them. And what is so awesome about baby kale is that when you clip the leaves from the stem, they keep growing, they grow back. It’s such a great way to add more to your garden when you don’t really have space for more big plants. And I like harvesting them because I love spending time outdoors. , but if you are harvesting baby greens for salad, make sure you have plenty of time because if you need a lot of leaves, it’s not as fast as going out and harvesting some mature leaves. I mean it’s not a grueling amount of time but it’s not something you wanna do when you’re rushing.

Nice plants from the seeds, but the germinate rate is low. I would say around 50%
