New Favorite Vegatable

Just love the Veronica Romanesco cauliflower, sometimes referred to as Italian Broccoli. Much better and more mild flavored than regular cauliflower and tastes more like broccoli. Easy to grow and doesn't bolt in the hot weather like regular broccoli does. Also, the harvest window is quite long which is nice. Very edible with smaller young heads all the way up to the large fully ripe ones. If the local nurseries started offering this variety, I am sure it would soon be a local favorite.
